So glad that Typhoon Linfa has spared us in Macau! Hope our cancellation of the 2nd club meeting and postponement of the 1st Club Assembly last night did not inconvenience you though the decision was prudent due to unforeseen typhoon development.

I look forward to seeing you all in our 2nd club meeting next Thurs ( Jul 16 ) at Venetian when we will meet and hear from our 2 St Paul’s students before they take off to UK Summer Camp the following day. Thanks to PP Ip, previous summer camp students will be invited too. You may have heard that our Alumni Saba will be relocating to Tainan, Taiwan to start up a new school there. He will join this meeting so please come and farewell him with our best wishes in person.

Meantime, wish to report that the 1516 District Installation was successfully held on July 4 ( photo of DG Peter with Area 1 team enclosed). IPP Kevin was awarded ‘ Outstanding President with Distinction’ and check out his big smile in the enclosed picture. I am sure he will be showing his award certificate next meeting.

I will be visiting our sister club RC Makati North tomorrow to join their installation celebration gathering and look forward to giving you an update in the next meeting.

Lastly, please remember to mark your diary for Aug 6 ( Thurs) for our 1st Club Assembly.
