We had a full house last Thursday at the Manor, St. Regis. Ball tickets were distributed to those present. Many of us had the video done there. We look forward to the great production which will be played a the opening of the 70th Ball.

70th Anniversary Ball on Saturday, 6/5
– Venue changed from Ballroom to Hall C
– Please note that the venue for the Ball has been changed from the Grand Ballroom on Level 3 to the Exhibition Hall C on Level 1 of the Venetian for a better set-up. Hall C is on the same floor as the Milan Room. After the drop off at West Wing, you should walk towards the direction of the Convention and Exhibition Hall. Halls B and C are on level 1. No. need to go up the escalator which is to the Grand Ballroom.
– For those who drive, you can park at Exhibition Hall B which is just next door to Hall C and you need to print the attached Rotary label and place it on the windshield, otherwise, you may not be allowed to drive in there. I attached herewith, also the map to drive to Hall B and the map to walk to Hall C from the shuttle drop-off at the West Wing. Please remember to inform your guests accordingly, although Venetian staff will be placed in the Grand Ballroom to direct guests to Hall C.
– Those who did not get their tickets last Thursday can collect your tickets at the reception of the Ball. I will keep you advised of the seating arrangement in due course.
For your information, our sister club RC Taipei will have a delegation of 8 pax and RC Taipei Diamond 10 pax attending our Ball. PRIP Gary Huang will also be there. We are going to sign the Friendship Club agreement with RC Taipei Diamond and also recognize senior Rotarians with the Club for over 30 years. The list of senior Rotarians with over 30 years of service in Rotary is as follows: PP Maneiras (51 years), PP ET (47 years), PP Choi (44), PP Peter (43), PP Fred (40), Rtn. Lei Loi Tak (38), PP Alfredo (34), PP Ip (34) and PP Gary (32).
