The 49th District Conference was held successfully at the Venetian Macao-Resort-Hotel on 21-21 Feb 09. Edmund Ho, the Honorable Chief Executive of Macau SAR has also attended and made an official address for the Conference.
“If you want something you’ve never had, you have to do something you’ve never done. We need to wear our Rotary Pin with pride,” said John Germ, RI President Personal Representative, The Rotary Foundation Trustee and Past Rotary International Vice President at his opening speech for the 49th District Conference -MANAGE AND REALIZE CHANGE.
At the Foundation Lunch on Sunday, 22 Feb 09, the following Rotarians were recognised as Multiple Paul Harris Fellows for contributing to The Rotary Foundation this Rotary Year:
