IS THERE A BETTER TIME TO RECOGNISE OUR ROTARACTORS THAN THE WORLD ROTARACT WEEK?

As a token of thanks to their hard work at District Conference, our Rotaractors were invited to the meeting on 12 March 09 – the eve of World Rotaract Day, 41 years since the first Rotaract Club formed on 13 March 1968.

A cheque of MOP$20,000 was presented to the two Presidents for their joint project: Elvo Sou, Rotary Club of Macau and Celeste Ng of Rotaract Club of University of Macau Student’s Union.

Based on a photo I found from Rotaractor Chester Chou’s Facebook, our Rotaractors have definitely enjoyed lending a hand to our Conference!

GOOD NEWS FROM PDG JOHN WAN

President Joyce Mak of Rotary Club of Kingspark complimented our District Conference in the Club’s e-newsletter. Then good news was spread: PDG John Wan is getting married soon.

MATCHING GRANT BUDGET REDUCED

NEW ROLES ADDED TO MEMBER ACCESS

Club treasurers and Rotary Foundation committee chairs now can go to Member Access for all of their online Foundation contribution reports. In addition, club presidents and club secretaries can register these two new roles for their clubs on Member Access.
