VENERABLE HIN HAY SHARED WITH US ON 7 MAY 09

Venerable Hin Hay shared with us on “What did the Buddha taught us and how Buddhism can benefit to our actual life”. Educated in the United States and got her first degree in Nutrition. Hin Hay got the Master degree in Buddhism Studies in 2004. She heard Buddhism at her age of 16 and dedicated her life to buddhism at 2002. Now She spends most of her time in Hong Kong, practicing meditation and research in the buddha’s text on Emptiness.
