Joint Installation on 5/8

We had a great night last Friday at the Joint Installation of our Club and our son Clubs, Rotaract Club of Macau and Rotaract Club of UMSU. Outgoing Presidents, Liz, Cathy and Angla, the 3 angels, after reporting the success of their presidency, handed over their president sashes to the 3 musketeers, Incoming Presidents Sam, Matthew and Kammy who then shared with us their vision in the coming year. DG Eric was there to witness the installation and gave us an encouraging speech.

Three ntew members, Rtn. Li Ying, Rtn. Joao Pinto and Rtn. Marc Vernaeve were inducted at the ceremony and the total no. of Rotarinas in our Club is 47 now. We are so happy that they all become committee members in the board to help bring our Club to a greater height in its 70th year.

Change of venue to Crowne Plaza – 11/8

As Venetian is fully booked on 11/8 and 18/8, we have to look for other meeting venues for our meetings. Due to the summer vacation, many Rotarians are out of town, we will just have an informal meeting at Crowne Plaza Hotel, 2/F, Azure. Those who are in town, please come and enjoy the fellowship and good food.
