THANK YOU CARD FROM THE MOTHER OF CHILDREN WE SPONSORED
Received a “THANK YOU” card from Cheong Tim Hou, the mother of Yu Weng-Sam and Yu Sin-Yan, two children we sponsored. Since they receive free education from the government nowadays, their mother has already declined our educational aid. She suggests us to support other people in need.

Translation of the message in this card:

Dear Rotarians,
How are you? I really appreciate for what you’ve done in the past 6 years. Thank you so much for your support to our family, enabling us to find a way out.
On behalf of my son and daughter, I thank you again for your unconditional love and care. I sincerely hope that they could learn from you to care and support people in need and serve the community in the not too distant future. Thank you again for your love and kind support.

ROTARY ZONES OVERVIEW
Rotary International’s Board of Directors is elected by Rotary’s 34 zones. RI Bylaws require the composition of the zones to be reviewed at least every eight years to ensure that each zone has approximately the same number of Rotarians.
The Board adopted new zone boundaries at its June 2008 meeting. The zone realignment takes effect 1 July 2009 and will be used to select members of director nominating committees in 2008-09. District 3450 is now in Zone 10 – Section B.
