It was a night of great fellowship with 16 Rotarians and 2 guests: Katherine, invited by PP Choi, and Rotary Alumni Marc, invited by President João.
It was a pleasure to welcome back PP Choi, who is on the way to fully recover after some health problems.
We all wish PP Choi a speedy recovery

The Club’s meeting was held at the Dragon Chinese Restaurant, at Hotel Roosevelt in Taipa.
The venue offers stunning views over Taipa and Cotai.
We are considering gathering in the same place again, in late September, to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival.

After the meeting, a group of Rotarians took PP Choi to visit PP Stella who is currently under her mandatory quarantine in Treasure Hotel in Taipa.

In terms of the Rotary District 3450 business, we had the opportunity to share DG Eric’s latest newsletter.
DG Eric’s message for August focuses on issues related to membership, mentioning the Membership Forum which took place on August 22 as an important learning moment for all of us.

We had also the opportunity to introduce the latest edition of the People of Action Photo Competition which will take place from September 2020 to April 2021.

Finally, we announced the District Public Image Virtual Seminar will take place on September 19. As many other District activities will be held exclusively online.

This week we have canceled our Thursday Regular Meeting since we are having the Joint Installation on Saturday. The Joint installation is scheduled to start at 7:PM and takes place at the Macau Tower Convention and Exhibition Center, 3rd-floor Banquet Hall.
