Welcome to the Rotary Club of Macau!

I am humbled to have been chosen by my fellow Rotarians to guide them during this Rotary Year. Being at the helm of the Rotary Club of Macau makes me feel a huge responsibility, especially when I look at the example of many distinguished ladies and gentlemen who have served before me in this position.

The spirit of serving the community has always been a key on of the Rotary Club of Macau’s action. It will continue to be so, as this is the only way to fulfill our role in society.

We start this Rotary Year in an uncertain environment! The world we knew has changed dramatically due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Paul Harris, our Founder, once said: “If Rotary is to realize its proper destiny, it must be evolutionary at all times, revolutionary on occasion.”
I strongly believe that this is the time we Rotary needs to be revolutionary.

Rotary Opens Opportunities is the presidential theme for this year. We are called to increase the impact of our actions, expand our reach, enhance participant engagement, and increase our ability to adapt.

Together, Rotarians, Rotaractors and Interactors, we will work together to serve the community.
