Blood Donation project Area 1

This year our Blood Donation drive has kicked off with an announcement at Montepio on April 6th. The Area 1 project is organized by RC Penha this year. Our club will take responsibility for press releases and media interviews.

Since the Covid pandemic, we have used a different format from of old where we arranged an outside spectacle and activity to promote the drive. We prefer now to invite Rotarians, friends colleagues and members of the public to join over a period of one month. Those who participate are entitled to a free gift from the combined clubs in Area 1. Results have shown a good turnout for the new approach.

Each club has arranged a time to present themselves although any opportunity to donate is more than satisfactory.
