The site has two help methods:

  • How too’s
    • Show the user how to achieve some of the tasks. For example how to add an article or put it on the front page.
  • FAQ’s
    • Should deal with common problems such as cannot find a particular article or do some basic operation.

We also have a RAQ section which is for those questions we would like to answer but never get asked. Such as “How much time did you put into the website”. I’m sure you can think of a few too.

These areas will be developed as the site progresses.

The Help menu should be available from the Members Tab as in general we only expect members to need it.
