Dear Fellow Rotarians and Rotaractors:

Please be informed that Rtn. Kowie has invited Dr. Robert Kirby to be our guest speaker for tomorrow Thursday, April 10, 2008. According to the information provided by Kowie, Dr. Kirby have several companies in Macau. One of his companies is called Kirby Leadership, a company that is involved in Leadership and Management Development. Another company is called Upward Bound Unlimited, provides outdoor learning experiences. For more information about Dr. Kirby, please visit the following link: www.kirbyleadership.com.

Though apparently this is not the first that that he gives presentation to our Club, I trust that his presentation will be an interesting and inspiring one. So, I urge you all to take sometime off your busy schedule to be with us and enjoy his talk.

Also, please mark your calendars for next week, Thursday, April 17, 2008 as I have invited four (4) Ambassadorial Scholars (who are currently studying in HKU) to give us a presentation. These scholars include Jason Buhi (from the US), Juliana Hagembe (from Kenya), Matthias Mühlendyck (from Germany), and Ayumi Yamashita (from Japan). Their profiles will be forwarded out to you in due course once they have received them.

Both of these events will be held in the Regency Hotel (the former Hyatt Regency). And as usual, fellowship will start at 8.00pm and the meeting will be called to order at 8.30pm.

Thank you all for the support in advance and I look forward to seeing most of you during these two meetings. Before I go, I would like to stress that it would be a good idea to let us know your attendance in advance, as it really help a great deal in securing the venue and arrangements.

Yours in Rotary,
Filipe Senna Fernandes
